HustleSasa Raises New Funding From Impacc

Every 10 tickets sold through HustleSasa can generate roughly one gig job around an event, according to the Kenyan startup's new investor, Impacc.

HustleSasa processed about 500,000 tickets across more than 2,000 events in 2025. The company handles the transactions behind those events, giving organisers a platform to sell tickets and collect payments while creators can run storefronts and sell products.

Impacc led HustleSasa's latest funding round and took a stake in the company, with additional investors joining the deal. The amount raised was not disclosed.

Founded in Nairobi in 2021, HustleSasa raised $100,000 from Antler that year. Musha Ventures and Microtraction later backed the startup, followed by Best Nights VC, the investment arm of Mast-Jägermeister, in February 2025.

HustleSasa has since expanded beyond Kenya into Ghana, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda and South Africa.

The latest investment adds another source of capital as the startup expands its creator-commerce platform across the continent. Its growing ticket volumes also give Impacc exposure to the economic activity that sits around Africa's live events industry.
