The Journey of Web3Clubs Cohort 7 (Solidity) Continues 🚀

A Headstart for Women in Web3

The journey began with a two-week headstart exclusively for women, led by ETHDada and Ledger Lady. These women-led organizations provided a supportive environment for women developers to delve into blockchain technology and smart contract development before the full cohort launch on November 4th.

Lisk Joins the Party

In December, Lisk became a proud partner of the program, sharing its vision of unlocking blockchain’s potential in high-growth markets. With their scalable Layer 2 solutions and thriving ecosystem, builders can create impactful projects that align with real-world needs. For the first time, Web3Clubs is running parallel IRL bootcamps, one in Nairobi and another in Kisumu, both of which have been met with great enthusiasm and are already fostering impactful projects.

Building Beyond the Holidays

After a brief pause for the December holidays, classes resumed on January 6th, 2025. Developers have since mastered the fundamentals of building on Ethereum and Lisk. They are now gearing up for the project-building phase, having presented their proposals and received insightful feedback from trainers, mentors, and the Lisk team. The excitement around these projects is palpable, and we eagerly anticipate their rollout.

Exciting Project Proposals and Incubation Opportunities

The potential for real-world impact is immense, with developers vying for incubation opportunities provided by AyaHQ and CV Labs—a dream for many. This collaboration will help bring their innovative ideas to life, further amplifying their contributions to the Web3 ecosystem.
